More than an ordinary house, Villa Perenne will be for you like a second house, with a kitchen, a huge living-room and five rooms, three floors. In addition of the usual necessary, Villa Perenne will let you use a DVD player and a TV for your nights at home. A HI-FI player and a barbecue that you could use during the warm and sunny days.
Booking
You only have to write, email or phone to Stella and Max (see To contact us) and tell them how many, your names, your dates.
The rent conditions
- Stays are from Monday to Friday, on week-ends or for a whole week.
- In Winter, unless otherwise agreed, the heating and the energy are not included in the price.
- A security deposit will be requested on your arrival.
- Guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean.
